Major food brands have been spending millions to avoid transparency.A consortium of several major food and chemical companies have spent more than 22 million to combat legislative action aimed at forcing companies to label genetically modified food. This week there was also a lot of information given about how many professionals look for both flexibility and fulfillment in the professional world.A recent Millennial Branding report found 45% of Millennial  will choose workplace flexibility over pay, and this is a mentality that can be attributed to the “gig” economy they helped create.
